Suntem un sindicat tânăr, dedicat protecției sociale a angajaților din centrele de teleasistență, apărând drepturile și interesele acestora în relația cu angajatorii.

Necesitatea constituirii unei asociații vine pe fondul unui context destul de virulent în relațiile de muncă, caracterizat prin schimbări semnificative în condițiile de muncă, salarizare și beneficii, cât și printr-un val de concedieri individuale și colective.

Stimaţi colegi şi colege,

După mulţi ani, incercările repetate de organizare a angajaţilor au ajuns în sfârşit la un rezultat favorabil. Sindicatul s-a constituit şi a început demersurile pentru obţinerea personalităţii juridice. Pentru mulţi dintre noi, nenumăratele întrebări au rămas fără răspuns, deoarece nu am avut reprezentare legală. Este esenţial pentru noi, angajaţii, să ne unim prin adeziunea la Sindicat, pentru a avea o voce puternică. Trebuie să ştiţi că aveţi drepturi şi noi putem face ca ele să fie respectate. Negocierea CCM* este o obligaţie legală, în interesul angajaţilor, mai ales în contextul noului val de concedieri colective. Întrucât am primit un termen foarte scurt (08 august 2025) din partea angajatorului pentru a răspunde notificării de concediere, revenim cu următorul plan de acţiune:

  1. Descărcaţi şi semnaţi ASTĂZI adeziunea aici

  3. Solicitaţi şi primiţi chestionarul Sindicat şi completaţi-l cu solicitările voastre

Sindicatul va centraliza cererile voastre şi va trimite angajatorului un Punct de vedere structurat şi solicitarea de a ăncepe negocierea unui nou contract , aşa cum obligă Legea nr. 367/2022 privind dialogul social : Articolul 97 : Negocierea colectivă este obligatorie la nivelul unităţilor care au cel puţin 10 angajaţi/lucrători ENGLISH WILL FOLLOW Dear colleagues,

After many years, repeated attempts to organize the employees have finally reached a favorable outcome.

The Union has been established and has initiated procedures to obtain legal status. For many of us, countless questions remained unanswered due to lack of legal representation. It is essential to us, the employees, to unite through joining the Union in order to have a stronger voice.

You should know that you have rights, and we can make sure those rights are respected. Negotiating the Collective Labor Agreement (CLA) is a legal mandatory duty in the interest of the employees, especially in the critical situation of collective layoffs.

Since we have received a very short deadline (August 08, 2025) from the employer to respond to the layoff notice, we are following up with the next action plan :

  1. Download and sign the membership form TODAY ( here) is needed

  3. Request the Union's questionnaire and fill it out with your requests The Union will compile your requests and send the employer a structured Point of view along with a demand to begin negotiations for a new contract, as required by Law no. 367/2022 regarding social dialogue : Article 97: Collective bargaining is mandatory at the level of units with at least 10 employees
